MOMOLAND’s Nancy recently appeared on ‘Idol Room’ and revealed a few things about herself that not many people may have known.
For starters, she talked about the musical background that she comes from. Did you know that Nancy started playing the violin at the age of four? It’s no wonder that she’s so musically talented as she started music at such a young age. According to Nancy, she played the violin for around six years.
It has been said that anyone who begins to play a musical instrument before the age of seven results in a permanent change in the brain that are linked to enhanced motor skills.
Nancy also revealed that her older sister kept up with the violin and is a professional violinist.
So are there any other members in the family who are musicians? Yes there is. It turns out that Nancy’s mother is also a composer.
So what was Nancy’s nickname during elementary school? Well, it has something to do with her stunning beauty. She was known as the “elementary school kid Kim TaeHee“, a reference to the South Korean actress.
