Directed by 28AV and OLEG KUD, the “Banana” video captures a wild pool party as the crew celebrates what is sure to be one of their biggest releases to date. Speaking with Complex about how the song came together, 28AV said, “If I told you how it happened you might not believe me, but it all happened on the love and we all came together from different parts of the city to show the world what that Seattle energy is about. Oh, and if you can’t tell from the video we had hella fun.” The track signifies a newfound unity within the city, bringing together Lil Mosey from the North,
28AV from Central, and Souf Souf from the Southside. “Banana” comes on the heels of Lil Mosey’s recent breakout success with his single, “Blueberry Faygo,” which peaked at #8 on the Billboard Hot 100. Watch the “Banana” video blow.
